Critical Conversations at the College of Charleston

Many of us are looking for resources on how to create more inclusivity and belonging in our world. Investing in our own learning to communicate about topics of difference, confront bias, and create change helps each of us contribute to building a better university and community.

It's going to take ALL of us.

To do our part to support you and our Cougar nation, the College of Charleston has launched Critical Conversations and expanded DiversityEDUAs a university, we have a responsibility to “advance our commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion” and have outlined numerous paths to achieve this endeavor in our new Strategic PlanBuilding on ongoing efforts to address both historical and current issues, the College presents the following initiatives

Critical Conversations on Today's Most Vital Issues.

Facilitate deeper understandings about today’s most vital issues by hosting local and national experts and student-led dialogues to contextualize critical conversations, inside and outside our classrooms.
